Hi, I recently wanted to rent a shop. Met with the agent and owner, signed the temporary contract, paid advanced rental and owner did signed the agreement too. Owner promised to rent his shop on September, however, there are some issues where the current tenant is not moving out, and I was informed by the owner I have to wait. This is frustrating, why would the owner rent out the shop while he can't get his current tenant to move? This incident cost me big time as I have paid deposits for interior designers and equipments. Please suggest how can I compensate my lost for the irresponsible owner. Thank you very much
