Hi. I rented one of the property which I took from your website a year ago. Unfortunately the agent didn't respond to me. I have an urgent query and needed an advice for me to proceed with further action. Like 3 months ago, there were some damage to water tank n it was broke. Now the bill came upto RM160. Usually the bill is around RM6. My query is, does the amount absorb by the tenant or the owner.
