Hi, I’m a malay woman (so I’m muslim by IC) but my partner is a Malaysian Chinese. We’re planning to co-own a house together without needing to get married as I personally don’t want him to convert. Is a joint loan and joint ownership possible here in Malaysia for a non-marital mixed religion couple?
