Hi , I’m foreigner and my husband is Malaysian. Can we buy a house under his name but take a joint loan ?
Because we do not want to buy a house more than 2 M. And his salary is not high enough to get sufficient loan.
Or can we buy a house under his name and open a joint saving account to prove he has sufficient Saving and increase the chance to get more loan ?
