Hi, I saw many of your articles saying that a strata project must be completed in 36 months.
However, for a residential property that I just bought (signed in 2023), I found out that in my SPA it stated 54 months. Can the developer increase from 36 months to 54 months? Is it legit?
This is a residential project, hence it falls under HDA.
