I want to ask about something about the mortgage loan.
Recently the owner wanted to sell me the unit for RM 100k. Applied for several banks and only public bank accepted. (Subsale unit, Master Title only, developer went bankrupt)
The problem is because I have CCRIS issues due to PTPTN and also the public bank required a guarantor or joint applicant so the loan will be approved. Note that I already went to PTPTN centre and paid a sum of money and they will covert my PTPTN to Ujrah, the CCRIS will only become 0 after 6 months without a missed payment). The problem is so far I couldn't find any guarantor or joint applicant.
Is there any other way or I have to reapply for the bank loan? The bank loan have a time limit of 2 months, from what I know from the lawyer.
Is the only choice is to let go of the home loan since I couldn't get any qualified
