Hi.
I want to rent a property from Mr. A. The property is under Mr. A's mother's but Mr. A said the mother gave the property to him (he claimed it, but no proof), and the utilities bill and assessment tax are still under Mr. A's mother's.

I am drafting the tenancy agreement now and the issue is can I put the tenancy agreement under Mr. A's mother but the payment goes to Mr. A's bank accounts?
