Hi, I wants to selling my house but the buyer wants to mark up the price for loan. In this case any extra charge to me? If mark up original price 190k after mark up 198k. So I only received 190K but how to declare the 8k ? In purchase documents will declare 198k and I only received 190k? Lawyer will do documents as sold in 198K?
