Hi, i wish to invest in a condo in JB. Are there units other than in Medini that a foreigner can purchase? I am looking for a unit that has great potential for rental. I heard from an agent that those projects before the RM1million rule, foreigners can still purchase at above RM500k? Is that true? Thanks!
