Hi, I work overseas and plan to invest for rental market around klang valley, especially subang jaya or shah alam area. Looking for rental yield of at least 5% and budget around 500k. Any useful tips for any particular development? Target tenant probably professionals or family.

Hi Yong, Please consider buying property which is subsale as it is pretty difficult to get new condo or apartment with budget around RM 500K. Alternatively you can consider area such as Sentul. I do have a new pre launch at Sentul West (Jalan Ipoh) whereby the Sales Purchase Agreement Price is less than RM 600K and the Developer will provide 8% Rebate and free SPA Legal Fees including RM 2,000 subsidy for the Loan Agreement Legal Fees.
