Hi i would like clarify,i request the house owner to install a new airconditioner in the living room due to the hot whether nowadays and replace a new fan,the ceiling fan not spinning to the actual speed and make noise.The house owner ask me to install a new airconditioner by my self and bring back whenever i shift.the ceiling fan he ask me to put some lubricants by my self.is that fair?
