Hi
I would like to apply joint loan with my husband. But he is working as a sales person with only commission (no base salary). He is work like a contract worker with the company , hence no EPF from the company.

I am a foreigner working in KL and no EPF as well as EPF is not a must for foreigner. Since both of us do not have EPF , will it affect the possibility to get house loan ?

Should my husband apply i-Saraan , does bank consider it is as EPF as well when review the loan application ?

Thank you
