Hi, I would like to seek your help in regards to the TA of a shop house. If the TA is to be effective from 1/4/2023. . Can I send for stamping now or before 1/4/2023? I understand that it should be stamped on 1/4/2023 or within 30 days to avoid penalty.. But as the tenant needs to submit the stamped agreement to apply for renovation from authority...the renovation will require 1 to 1.5 month to finish).
