Hi. i would like to sell my double storey bungalow in Seremban, very strategic location, 5 min to highway toll, HUGE land size 23,000+ square feet (nearly half an acre. Suitable for foreigner/Singaporean to have a bungalow with huge land size. Interested pm me.

    Hi.. its a Double storey banglo individual design. Land size : 25,241 squarefeet ( more than half an acre) not 23,000sqft. Built up : 4,369+ squarefeet Tittle : free hold, non bumi Bedroom : 6 Toilet : 4 Features: - very nice location ; 3min to plus hway/ PD hway, 5 min to uitm seremban 3, 10-15min to jusco, palm mall, seremban town, ktm, terminal 1. 5 min to market, banks. - the biggest land size in all rasah jaya/ seremban 3. Can basically built 2/3 house inside the land. - high perimeter wall. - very nice neighbourhood. - road infront of the house is large. Not for public road so no issue of heavy traffic movement infront of the house. - huge land size. ( new owner can built anything up to their taste) - Condition; Required new owner to install new door,window and finishes up to their taste. -view to appreciate if interested 012-9092733
