Hi, if 2 person bought a house under joint loan. Now one of them did not wish to continue and the other person wish to refinance the whole loan under himself, there are a few doubts as below to be clarified. Thanks in advance.
1. May I know will RPGT be taken effect under such scenario?
2. If the house is still under construction can he submit the refinance request?
3. Is this scenario consider early settlement and penalty will be applied?
