Hi.. if there is not a Malay reserved land. it just a malay owner. can i chinsese buy a house from malay owner?

Can, so long as it is not Malay Reserve Land. If it's bumi lot freehold then the transaction will take about 6 months approximately. However, if it's leasehold then it will be longer subject to approval. Read More
