Hi,'
I'm 45years and working in Singapore salary about RM6,000 per month. Can I buy condo about RM400,000 in Johor? May I know how many percent bank can borrow loan to me?

Bank loan % very depends on your documents If 1st house, can loan up to90% for age 45years old like you, can loan till 65 - 70 years old hope this will help. happy new year Ben Read More
