Hi, I'm a Malaysian owning a property in KL. However, I've been working oversea and is planning to denounce my citizenship in the future.
1, Should I sell my apartment before denouncing my citizenship?
2, If I keep / buy new place prior to denouncing, what are the implications to the property (ie loan, tax, etc)?
