Hi,
I'm a Malaysian who's based in Singapore. I'm looking to invest in my first property in Klang Valley.. I'm looking for a property below MYR800k, conveniently located, accessible to MRT/LRT etc.. main purpose is for rental/investment.

I'm not too sure where to start looking. Appreciate if you could kindly provide a few suggestions, and I will be in touch with you privately.
