Hi, Im a Malaysian working in oversea and my salary converted to RM is around 10k. Is it worth to buy a property around 500k-600k around KL area? I am looking for new property as my purpose is to rent out. Anyway, nowadays the rental is not enough to cover the monthly installment. Am i right? Advice given are truly appreciated.
