Hi, I'm a Singaporean travelling to KL for business quite regularly. But i do not hold a valid work permit in Malaysia.

Is there a law stating that i need a valid working permit in Malaysia to rent a condo?

And is my budget 3500-4000 okay for areas near Petaling Jaya?

Hi, Sir, may I know the specific location in Petaling Jaya normally you deal your business?
