Hi, I'm an expat in Malaysia and planning to buy a condo in KL under the 600K threshold for foreigners to buy developers overhang properties in 2020. How can I get a list of developer overhang properties?

Hello. The reduction to minimum RM600,000 threshold for foreigners to purchase properties in KL has not been gazetted by the government yet so currently the minimum threshold is still RM1 million. You may check with the developers association of Malaysia www.rehda.com from time to time to find out further whether the suggested lowering of threshold will be implemented.
