Hi, I'm buying a home with my boyfriend.
I'm a first timer and he's buying for the second time.
My boyfriend will be the only loan borrower. Like to ask if we can have both our name on SPA (without marriage cert) ?
Another question is regarding MLTA. If we really can have both our names on SPA with loan amount EG. RM500K, do both of us need to purchase MLTA of 500K each or 250K each person? Or just the loan borrower (my bf) need to purchase MLTA?
