2. Based on your budget, there are 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 storey terrace houses and different land sizes to choose from.
3. Based on your workplace and your profession, you may want to look at the demographics of the locations shortlisted.
4. Whether the housing area or township has adequate amenities such as playgrounds/parks, schools, college/universities, community centre, supermarkets/shopping malls, medical centre/hospitals etc.
5. Whether you prefer a basic house in an old but established housing estate whereby you have the extra budget to do your own design and renovation or you prefer a renovated house because of limited budget for renovation.
6. Whether you prefer a newer house in a new township with a lifestyle concept but most likely located further away from the city centre.
7. Easy accessibility with public transportation that includes LRT and MRT lines
If your budget permits, some of the good and established areas for middle and upmarket house owners are in Bangsar, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya where many professionals and business people resides and the housing areas are well planned with adequate amenities .
