hi im malaysian .I have been working in singapore for 2 years now .I dont have any type of credit history of taking loans .I plan to purchase a house in 1 or 2 years time .How do I o about it .

In Malaysia you don't need a credit history. What u do need is to provide evidence of having sufficient income to service your loan payments. This can be in the form of savings and also your salary slips for the last 3/6 months showing your loan amount will be only 1/3 of your monthly income. Read More
