u need to study a 2 years real estate course with 12 subjects and take the exam organized by The Board of Valuers, Appraiser and Estate Agent in Malaysia. After passed all the 12 subject you need 2 years working experience in real estate and apply for interview for get the Licence. If for real estate negotiator u can just walk in any agency for interview and get hire. Thanks Read More
