Hi, I'm working in Kl. I would to buy a house in Jb. My monthly salary is Rm 2600 and my allowances is around Rm 600. I have no any commitment or any loan yet. Maximum down-payment I can pay is 50K. How much loan I can get and what type of property?
Not necessary to be in Jb but can be nearby place. Thank you.
