hi, just wanted to know. years ago when i was young, i bought a house without understanding the full documentation. Currently i only have the S&P at hand. I'm not sure where the strata copy is? When i go check on e tanah - my mykad is not in the system.
So how do i go about obtaining a copy of my strata title. I know the bank has one, and i assume i need to do an official search and get a certified copy from Pejabat Tanah?
Or I should go to the bank and ask for a copy?
Please advice
PS - there are some registration and renovation issue that requires me to show my strata title.
