Hi, loan for my house already approved and i already sign the contract with bank, lepas tu sales person from the developer told me the house naik harga because the house status from under construction kepada completed unit, so harga dari rm217k dah jadi rm270k, is this allowed? i didnt sign the S&P with their lawyer yet, just sign document with bank only.
