Hi Louis and PropertyGuru,
Can you guys share a few tips on how to repay my home loan 'smarter' that will help me save more interest cost and pay it off faster? I have a RM402k home loan with 3.15% interest rate and about 32 years left in the repayment tenure - all these works out to a monthly instalment of about RM1,700. I've been repaying the loan with extra RM300 every month.
