Hi, May i ask for foreigners investing in malaysia are we able to buy agriculture land either the below method

1) Incorporation of company
2) MM2H

w Regards to QN 1) Incorporation of company
1.1) is there a minimal purchase value needed?
1.2) is there a required ratio? ie(51% malaysian malay, 49% foreigner) before we are allowed to buy agri land?
1.3) is there agency whom can assist in incorporation process?
1.4) how is the loan process & % for in this case
1.5) Along Jalan Sugei Tiram (Johor) whats the avg psf

Hi Jonathan The only way for a foreigner to purchase an agriculture land is to incorporate a local company with 51% share by local Malaysian. Usually bank need to have 2years audited report inorder to consider a loan to local company.
