Hi, Mohamed here I am looking for 3 properties to invest in Here are my criteria: -High-rise ,condos only -6% rental yield and above only -Rental can cover fully installments + maintenance cost monthly -Properties that has future potential "boosters" like MRT, malls etc. Areas: (not so specific) -Selangor -Kuala Lumpur Budget: Rm400K and looking for 3 properties this year Feel free to give opinions or promote your units (to agents) IF the criterias are met.Please be civilized, no spam or nonsense Thank you
