Hi, my dad has declared bankruptcy before many years ago but now he has settled all the debts with debt consolidation under AKPK. Now I want to buy a condo in Puchong and my dad is my loan guarantor because my salary is not high, but the loan later says he can't become a guarantor because his CTOS got history of bankruptcy. What is ctos and why it still has my father's bankrupt record after he settled all the debts? any tips on how to clear name from ctos?
