Hi. My housing loan was approved, but the developer terminated the SPA because they not received the money from the bank. Is it possible that i can use the approved housing loan to buy other house?
The letters (First Reminder, Last Reminder and Termination) was submitted by the developer while the bank is still processing the money transfer to my lawyer (before release to developer). I dont really keen to retry getting the house again because its still in development and im expecting the house(apartment) will take few more years to finish, plus i heard the developer has some history of delayed project completion.
I found an apartment that on sale with the same price as the approved loan. Im more interested to get those house.
Can i have some advice for this kind of situation? Thank you in advance.
