Hi, my loan is approved, but I wish to add my girlfriend name in to the deed so she can be half of the owner of our house, but from my agent told me that bank is not allowed do so, I get confused now, so can I do so for only add my girlfriend name on the deed but not on bank loan, we gonna sign the agreement soon, thanks
