Hi. My monthly salary is RM5k nett. I have no other loan commitment other than PTPTN amounted to RM350 per month.

1. May I know the price range of the house I could afford?

2. Prefer landed house with minimum downpayment. Is there any property around PJ/Subang/Puchong/Sunway area I able to afford? (I am okay with secondhand property).
