Hi, my mum have a factory lot and here's the situation. My mum have not visit to that factory for a long time and have no agreement signed with the current user. We heard that, the user of the factory can change the ownership of the factory lot if they claim the factory lot owner have not went there for more than a certain period? Is this real? If yes, what's the period?
