Hi my name is Steven. I'm a Singaporean and my wife is Malaysian. We've successfully sign OTP with vendor that the selling price would be RM950k but there's a law in Malaysia state that foreigner can only purchase a property with minimum RM1m. I plan to use my name to apply loan and use both of my wife and my name in SPA. What I hava to do if I do not want to pay another extra RM50K? Is it compulsory I hv to submit OTP with RM1m when I apply for loan submission? Thanks
