Hi,
My situation as below;
1. I bought a property S&P my name and loan finance my name alone. No EPF withdrawal.
2. Purchase a property with parents. S&P under their name and finance include my name. No EPF withdrawal.
3. Currently im planning to purchase a property with S&P me and wife name but loan financing is under wife and father in law.
My question is, can i use my EPF acc 2 withdrawal to pay the down payment for this property that i'm planning to buy. Thank you

Since you are a joint purchaser under the SPA, you may withdraw EPF to partly finance your purchase.
