Hi, my wife and I are planning to move to JB from Singapore and we are looking for a place to rent before deciding if we should buy a house in JB. We are planning to get the keys sometime in December.
Can anyone advise on the payments that have to be made upon signing the tenancy agreement, including agent's fee. I've tried looking but have found deferring answers. Do advise.
