Hi, Need advice, how to deal with buyer who want buy house with cash? Can i skip the S&P part? Does it always involve lawyer in preparing the document? Currently i am thinking to ask him to bank in the payment and proceed to pejabat tanah to change name afterwards . How long is the process and how much the stamp duty if the house is only RM180K? Kindly advice. Thanks
