Hi property guru, as per S&P the manner of delivery VP include support of CCC & handing over keys. However, after payment of the deposit, maintenance fee, the developer not yet inform the buyer the date of collecting the keys within 30 days from the date of service of a notice from the developer.

Is this normal ? What should I do?
