Hi Property Guru Expert Team,



This year 2022 I am age 34, never buy any property before, looking for <500k condo subsale unit at KL (currently considering unit which located at north part of KL , eg: Kepong, Jln Ipoh, Jln Kuching, Place nearby to Sunway Velocity) for rental investment purpose as first time property buyer. Preferably condo unit near to MRT/LRT.



Would like to get advice on questions below:

1. Any other factors that will affect the successful rate of unit get rented other than easy access to public transportation(MRT/LRT) ?

2. What is some items to be cautious with when buy subsale unit for rental investment purpose as a first time buyer?
