I am buying a house from my dad. We have agreed on the price, and trying to get a loan for it. While trying i realized the house doesnt have CF ( build in 1990s - own land, own contractor). We have liaised with the contractor, its confirmed that we doenst have CF . What should i do to obtain CF & how much does it cost ?
