Hi Property Guru,
My wife is a malaysian and a Singapore PR. I am a Singaporean. Can my wife buy a Service Apartment/ Condo in Johor area. Will there be a 1mil restriction on her purchase? Lastly she is a house wife and I will be financing the loan. Is it a must for the owner to finance the loan or I can finance the loan for her?
