Hi property situs, recently bought one condo unit and spa sign in december 2020. Developer Lawyer has settle all documents apparently with the bank.However developer doesnt want to bill us as their CAR has not been renew according to their admin?it’s been 3 months is this normal?and 2nd my understanding is if they bill us bank will need to release within 30 days?find it strange for owner to chase developer to bill us
