Hi, recently I m planning to buy a condominium unit...after s&p agreement is ready, I just noticed that the car park is belong to management but not indicated in strata title...when I double confirm with developer and he said dat all the car park for this condo is own to management strata title...my question is how and which department I can check whether this condo car park isn't belong to management ...(just worry developer is cheating that only the unit I wish to buy is without car park only as the condo already completed few years)
