Hi,
Recently my tenant discovered water on the floor near kitchens with foul smell. Later on during inspection from certified plumber, they mentioned that the leakage comes from a main drainage pipe that pass through my unit behind brick walls. No watermark from the roof. So does this consider as inter-floor leakage? Is this consider a common property (since it doesn't serve my parcel only)? And if so happen the part of it around my unit is leaking, is it my responsibility or the management responsibility to fix it?
Regards,
Kwan
