Hi so i have been the director of a profitable Malaysian company since 2012. I am a UK national and my soon to be ex wife is a Malay. We bought a condo together but are splitting up, She gets the condo and car in Malaysia. So in need to start looking to buy a condo again in KL. I am over 50 but do have a over 1 million for M2H. Can i buy a condo in KL though my Malaysian company that could be legally mine one day. Please advise.
