Hi Team,
I'm planning to buy the 1st house for myself. My gross monthly pay is RM3500.00 and monthly net pay is RM3000.00. I doesn't have any commitment need to pay such as car, ptptn, asb ext. I'm planning to buy an apartment or condominum. My question is : 1-I beleive that HOC is extended until Dec 2019. May i know HOC entitle for all types of resident or not? 2- what is the maximum resident price that I eligible for me to buy with that monthly nett payment?
